Some key things we are doing
We have always worked remotely. This means that we are fully prepared to continue doing so and ensure that our customers get the best support and service from us using tools already in place.
All scheduled meetings, both internal and external are conducted via video conferencing. We use Google Hangouts and Zoom for calls with customers to discuss project details.
We are working with our customers using online shared documents to ensure goals and tasks are met. For this, we use Google Docs and Google Sheets and Trello to manage tasks. This allows for full visibility for everyone involved.
